-Applications: Each occupant 18 years of age or older must complete a separate application. Applications will not be processed until every applicant has completed, and paid for their application.
-Application Fee: A $75.00 fee is required for each applicant. Applications are not considered complete or submitted until the fee has been paid. Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if tenancy is denied.
-Identification: A valid Social Security Number or ITIN is required for each applicant.
-Credit: All credit history is considered. Additional fees may apply based on credit score ranges.
-Income: Combined household income must be at least 3x the monthly rental amount.
-Pets: Pets are allowed with approval and require an additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet fee.
-Vouchers: Properties accepting housing vouchers will be clearly identified in the listing description.
-Past Balances: Outstanding balances from previous evictions, landlords, or property managers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
-Occupancy: Occupancy must comply with applicable North Carolina tenancy laws and property-specific requirements, allowing up to 2 occupants per bedroom.
