Please ensure that PECO is given instructions not to allow the electricity to be discontinued at your property. Once a tenant moves out, service should be automatically continued in the owner’s name. This must be done by the owner personally as PECO will not allow TCS to act as your agent for this service.

It is also suggested that all property owners register with PGW’s Landlord Cooperation Program. Any gas bills incurred on a property can be attached to the owner as a lien and may even affect other properties, if not satisfied. For this reason, it is imperative that owners protect themselves and their investments.

TCS Management suggests that water be kept in the owner’s name and billed to the tenants through their tenant portal account. The bills can be mailed to you from the Water Revenue Bureau and emailed to our accounting department or sent to us directly at the following address:
